Oleh initially came to discuss the installation of a solid wood floor with noise insulation conforming to the freeholder's requirements. He was intellectually interested in the job and its challenges. I spoke to a number of flooring specialists about the soundproofing job and only Oleh worked out a way to do it. As Oleh doesn't work for a big firm with an interest in selling flooring products, he gave excellent advice on what materials to use.
