Stair cladding with 20mm engineered oak boards
Cladding required packing up to 9mm, all treads and risers are mitred to give stairs modern look.

Laying herringbone floor and stair cladding
Herringbone blocks are glued down to 18mm birch ply then sanded and sealed with 2 coats of varnish.
Kensington
Laying chevron and border
Subfloor prior to laying chevron had to be waterproofed using Ball Stopgap F76 . Chevron blocks are prefinished and glued down using Rewmar adhesive, no onsite sanding required.
Camden Offices
Repairs, sanding and varnish
Sanding job in Camden offices. Work included repairing old herringbone floor after other trades had run cables under it, sanding and matching colour with the rest of the office. Work done in out of work hours.
Frognal
Box stairs cladding, american black walnut . Size of each step is 280x80mm and gap between steps 95mm to comply with building regulations.

Building wall mounted stairs.
All stairs are mounted to the wall using10mm rod fixed into bricks with chemical fixing.
Camden decking
Recoating old decking with 2 coats of decking paint
Decking prior to recoating had to be repaired as a few boards were rotten. Then boards were buffed and coated twice with decking paint
